What is the Anointing of the sick and who can receive this sacrament?
The Anointing of the sick is a Catholic sacrament that offers healing and comfort to people who are sick with a serious illness, preparing for a surgery, or preparing for death.
The purpose to provide healing and comfort, is to support the people who are suffering, to continue Christ's healing ministry, and to prepare people to enter eternal life.
If you or someone in the parish community is in need of receiving this sacrament, please contact the office at 978-537-3016 or see Father Julio after any mass.
